SNOB respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect when you contact us or book an appointment, how we use it and the rights you have over your information.
When you submit a contact or appointment form, or book through our scheduler, we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if provided) and any details you choose to include in your message — such as the style you would like to try or the occasion.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your appointment, and follow up where relevant. Booking is managed through Calendly, which processes the appointment details on our behalf.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information is only shared with the providers we use to run the boutique (email, scheduling and website hosting), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
We keep enquiry and appointment records for as long as needed to manage your visit and any follow-up, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@s-n-o-b.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
