These terms set out the basis on which appointments, deposits and purchases are made with SNOB. Full terms are explained before any payment is taken.

Appointments

SNOB is open by appointment only, Wednesday to Saturday, with twilight appointments on Wednesdays until 8pm. Please let us know in advance if you need to change or cancel so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Deposits & ordering

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a dress or to place an order in another colour or size. The remaining balance is payable on collection. Orders are subject to designer availability and confirmed lead times.

Alterations

Alterations are available for both eveningwear and bridal gowns and are quoted separately. Alteration work is carried out by an independent seamstress and is paid for directly to the alterations provider.

The Bridal Edit

Bridal gowns from The Bridal Edit are previous-season designer gowns and boutique samples, available in individual sizes and limited quantities. Each gown is sold as seen and any condition notes are explained before purchase.

Liability & law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
